Weather to remain fair in most parts of country today

Kathmandu- The weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly regions and fair in the rest of the country. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces, and fair in the rest of the country.
Light rain is likely to occur at one or two places of the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, and light snowfall at one or two places of the high hilly and mountainous regions. Similarly, the weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces tonight.
Light rain is likely to occur at one or two places of the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and light snowfall at one or two places of the high hilly and mountainous regions in the next 24 hours.
Taking this into consideration, the Department has urged the general public adopt precautionary measures as it is likely to partially affect agriculture, health, tourism, mountaineering and, road and transport in the places.
