Stress on protecting achievements of federalism

Rajbiraj- Chairman of Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP), Upendra Yadav, has said it is time to protect achievements of federalism and loktantra.
At programme organized at Bodebarsain municipality of Saptari here Saturday, Chairman Yadav said ill-efforts were being made to spoil federalism and loktantra gained after Madhes movement. So, unity among all sides is must to protect achievements, he underlined.
Chairman Yadav reminded that the representation and access of Madhesi community was meagre in State mechanism. It was later ensured after Madhes movement. Moreover, he opined that agricultural revolution is prerequisite to country’s economic prosperity. For this to happen, Tarai farmers must be provided irrigation, chemical fertilizers, and improved seeds in time.
It would help modernize agriculture, Yadav hoped. Similarly, Chief Minister of Madhes Province, Saroj Kumar Yadav, urged the JSP cadres to devote to building party organization, for which he assured assistance. The JSP also welcomed new entrants in the party during programme.
