INLS award to Prof Dr Luintel

Professor at the Tribhuvan University, Dr. Khagendra Prasad Luintel is to be honored with this year’s International Nepali Literary Society (INLS) Ram Lama ‘Abinashi’ Talent Award.
A meeting of three-member award selection committee held a few days ago in America decided to present the award to litterateur Prof Dr. Luintel.
The award carries a purse of 2,500 US dollars. The INLS has been presenting the award to a person for his/her crucial and continuous contribution to the development of Nepali literature, language as well as in the development of INLS in every two years.
The award was established by Ram Lama, living at California of America, said Founder Chairperson of INLA, Homnath Subedi. The award would be presented amidst a program organized at Washington DC, America on November 10.
