Japanese citizen provides financial support for community building and library

Palpa-Gyanjyoti Community building and library have been constructed at Purbakhola rural municipality-1 in Palpa district with the financial support of a foreigner.
A Japanese citizen, Suzuki Reiko provided Rs 500,000 through a fellow Japanese citizen Kazumasa Kakimi for this purpose, said Chairperson of Purbakhola rural municipality, Nun Bahadur Thapa.
A one-room community building the and books worth Rs 100,000 were purchased from the financial support.
Similarly, Nepali migrant workers have provided financial support to the family of Ganesh Gaire, who lost his life in course of overseas employment.
Gaire, 38, of Chapakot municipality-7 in Palpa district handed over Rs 178,000 sent by Nepali migrant workers living in Qatar to the family of Gaire, said a local Kamal Prasad Adhikari. Gaire died in Qatar on October 19, 2018
