Mr. Rudhrarup Maitra the international business head Tata Motors Commercial along with Mr. Siddhartha SJB Rana chairman of Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. had inaugurated the camp. During the inaugural ceremony Mr. Rudhrarup Maitra International Business Head, Tata Motors Commercial facilitated the entire team of Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd, its customers, Media Houses as well as all the attendees and congratulated Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. on showcasing the best camp amongst 46 Nations. Also at the ceremony Mr. Siddhartha SJB Rana Chairman of Sipradi Pvt. Ltd congratulated on the association of Tata Motors and Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. to touch 37 years. He enforced that this has only been possible with the trust of all our customers, hard work of our employees as well as the support of the media houses. He even mentioned that such service camps would even strengthen the relationship of Tata Motors and Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. with our customers. This unique customer outreach program would cover 38 touch points in the authorized and certified service centers of SIPRADI in Nepal as well as around 46 nations. Through Global Service Camp, customers of TATA Motors could avail free comprehensive vehicle health check-ups, special schemes along with other value-added services. During this three-day service camp, we also offered attractive discounts on Tata Genuine Spares and entertain the customers with additional recreational programs. This year we have also introduced a new variant of TATA Winger Minibus, which is known for its smart design with comfortable high back reclining seats and boasts ample luggage space. Ltd. also announced the sale of more than 1000 Tata Yoddha within a year. They even released a safety video for children across the schools of Nepal and introduced Skill up the free training program for mechanics to allow them to get a better understanding of the vehicles they work with.
