Pokhara University organizes workshop on examination and evaluation systems

The Office of the Controller of Examinations of Pokhara University conducted a workshop on Examination and Evaluation Systems. The programme was attended by about 200 people including university officials and representatives of affiliated colleges. The Faculty Development Advisor of Apex College, Prof Dr Prem R Pant was the Chief Guest of the programme.
Likewise, L P Bhanu Sharma, Principal of Apex College contributed as a resource person and university Senator. Faculty members of Apex College, Kishore Dhungana and Nabin Jha presented a paper on Question Setting and Moderation Issues. The workshop that lasted the whole day focused on making the examination system more systematic. The workshop also talked about upgrading the current examination system to make it more structured.
The speakers also talked about the role that affiliated colleges play in making Pokhara University’s curriculum better. Pokhara University is the second largest university in the country.
