Bhairahawa Gladiators enters qualifiers

Bhairahawa Gladiators has become the third team to reach the qualifiers in the Everest Premier League (EPL) as the team defeated Chitwan Tigers by four wickets in Tuesday’s match.
The result will push the Pokhara Rhinos’ to elimination though ther team is yet to play a game in the group stage–against Lalitpur Patriots.
In the match being played at the TU cricket stadium in Kirtipur in kathmandu on Tuesday, the Gladiators met the target of 88 runs at the loss of six wickets only.
In the first innings, Chitwan Tigers made only 87 runs in 20 overs at the loss of nine wickets.
Gladiators’ begining was also not very impressively as they lost both the openers for just a run. Rohit Paudel and Punit Mishra’s 46-run patnership in the fourth wicket was the reason for the team’s victory.
